Review: Shirin Persian Foods & Sweets

This is one of many “container restaurants” located in a semi-outdoor mall of different restaurants in metal shipping containers called “La Pradera”

They had a tasty (vegan) falafel sandwich wrapped in biodegradable paper.

…but minus 3 stars because they put it on styrofoam plates and the sauces in plastic

Advice to management: just use paper cups for condiments and (if you really must), a long sheet of paper on the tray. So everything is biodegradable and plastic-free.
