“Set up your property alerts” doesn’t function: the “Area” field returns “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”
I have reported this as ticket 3949193. [^1]

I have purchased one WH-1000 XM5.
Positive Attributes
-
The sound quality is impressive.
-
The features provided by the companion AOSP application are decently powerful, and generally applied without a restart, which is convenient.
Negative Attributes
However, the hardware is thoroughly disappointing:
-
The touch panel is only on the right earcup, which means that those missing a limb or simply left-handed cannot become used to this method of operation.
-
Because it has so few backup buttons (for no reason – significant space exists for more surrounding the cup) it cannot be used with gloves on or wet.
In fact, wetness is the greatest problem that these face. They cannot be used in any kind of rain, or even a humid environment. It absolutely wrecks them temporarily – it produces the most awful sounds for the next few weeks, until it dries.
Tangential
Regarding this, Sony’s account systems are not well unified, and they appear to believe that to send a product in use by the user, they must provide the RMA’d product first, whereas the best course of action is to send the replacement, and, then, accept the RMA, so that disruption to the user is minimal.
-
They cannot be utilised whilst charging, whereas Fairphone’s can.

Even outside of that, within \.\/my-assignments\/.*, the speed of the speech cannot be controlled in random places, during which, unless manually paused, multiple audio tracks shall play. Likely because it’s not FOSS, it provides no issue tracker, nor even a point of contact for support.

⪆ Commit fbbb0ab0ebb69bd649a382e7d3a0b578fac2b46d of my GitLab profile’s readMe.MD states:
Hello. My first name is Roke, and I always shall, and have been since I gained my first computer, a software developer. I specialize in OS architectures and GUI consistency, accessibility, and ease of use.
I tend to utilize a combination of
cpe:/o:opensuse:tumbleweedandcpe:/o:fedoraproject:fedora, withcpe:/a:kde:plasmaas my desktop environment. I utilize Tumbleweed when I need to install onto a 32-bit BIOS or UEFI, and Fedora otherwise. I’d like to utilize Tumbleweed for everything due to its exclusive inclusion of YaST. However, its bug reporting infrastructure is painful to utilize due its lack of GNOME Abrt support and ancient Bugzilla, in stark constrast to the opposite for Fedora.
