Their customer support is excellent.

They have helped me secure refunds multiple times, when other stores definitely would not have. However, their website is not accessible.

Does not integrate with EU SSO.

Currently, session acceptance is logged browser-wide, so it’s not synchronisable. This also applies to accessibility preferences and the Gravatar e-mail address.

Points of interest are too far away from each other.

Unfortunately, the distance between planets has yet to be filled by any feasible means of interstellar transport. This means that the vast majority is unnavigable. Therefore, despite its relative calm and prettiness, I cannot rate it 5 stars.
