This is, without a doubt, one of the best ice cream parlours in central Madrid, if not the best. Its snowy texture really sets it apart from anything I’ve tasted before. The vanilla, chocolate, and coffee flavours are particularly good, but the strawberry flavour is a too sweet for my liking. Although it is on the more expensive side, its prices aren’t too high compared to other places in the area. Of all their shops across the city, I found those in Sol, Gran Vía, Calle Preciados and Palacio Real to be the best.
